The organic breakfast

We prepare breakfast every morning served between 8:30am and 10am. Breakfast included in the price of the night consists of a hot drink (tea, infusion or coffee), a cold drink (apple juice), sourdough toast with butter, fruit or honey jam, and a slice of homemade cake.

All products offered are local, homemade and from organic farming.

For rooms with private terrace, we bring your breakfast in a lovely basket to enjoy as a couple on request.

We have selected great products from local producers based on charcuterie, cheese and organic seasonal vegetables (vegetarian version available on request). And for dessert, will you be tempted by Jeremy's specialty: a chocolate fondant with a molten center (6 euros).

The sharing board for 2 people with a glass of organic wine is an extra, to be booked 48h before your arrival.

Everything you need to know to prepare your stay.

We welcome you with pleasure between 5pm and 8pm. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the room before 11am so we can prepare the premises for the next guests.

A gourmet breakfast, made with organic, local, fresh and homemade products, is served every morning between 8:30am and 10am in the bright veranda or on the terrace weather permitting. For rooms with private terrace, we bring your breakfast in a lovely basket to enjoy as a couple on demand. The veranda is also available during the day for hot drinks, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your refreshments cool. The bonus: from drinking water to the shower, the water available to you is purified and energised.

Yes, free private parking is available on the property for all our guests.

Each room has a unique and poetic decoration themed around the animals of Dordogne. For your comfort and well-being, bed linen is organic cotton, as well as bath linen (towels and washcloth) and the foutas towel for the pool. Designed like a cabin, furniture such as the wardrobe and console is made of wood. You also have a hairdryer and a baby cot available on request.

Sharing platter for 2 people from €28 with a glass of organic wine from local producers.

Room rate per night for 2 people from May to October with organic breakfast: Cerf and Heron Room - double with terrace: low season €100 (May, June and September), high season €120 (July and August). Genette, Faucon or Renard Room - double upstairs: low season €90 (May, June and September), high season €110 (July and August). Private hire of the house for weekends or by the week on request.

To make a reservation, please contact us by phone at 06 98 03 15 23 or via maison@forenea.com. A deposit of 30% of the stay will be required by bank transfer. On the day of your arrival, you will pay the balance in cash, by cheque (French banks only), or bank transfer. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the stay, the deposit is fully refunded. Any cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Less than 7 days, the full stay is due. In case of interruption of the current stay, the full amount of the remaining stay will be due and invoiced.

Our adorable little dog and cat are the guardians of the premises, so we cannot accept other pets, with the exception of guide dogs.

Forenea House is natural, authentic, and committed to sustainability. Our family extends a warm welcome. The rooms and common areas of Forenea House are non-smoking. Families are welcome. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To maintain water quality, showering before swimming is mandatory. Children must be supervised by their parents both in the garden and in the pool.
